For us, the team at the Heidelberg Concert Hall , it is important that all guests feel welcome
and well cared for.

We place great importance on accessibility.

Hearing Assistance

For guests with hearing impairments, we provide the Sennheiser MobileConnect hearing
assistance system. It improves speech intelligibility and makes it easier to participate in
events.

If you use a hearing aid with a telecoil receiver, we have a limited number of induction loops
available. Please contact us in advance of the event at willkommen@heidelberg-konzerthaus.de so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Step-Free Access

Elevators providing step-free access to both levels are located directly in the Octapharma
Foyer and at the Meriansaal. These elevators also provide access to our accessible
restrooms.

A wheelchair-accessible elevator is also available for access via Montpellierplatz.
