Hearing Support

For people with hearing impairments, we provide the hearing support system Sennheiser MobileConnect. This allows for improved speech intelligibility and facilitates participation in events.

If you use a hearing aid with an induction loop receiver, we have a limited number of induction loops available for you. For this, please contact us before the event at willkommen@heidelberg-konzerthaus.de.

Barrier-free Access

Lifts providing step-free access to both levels are located directly in the Octapharma Foyer and at the Meriansaal. You can also reach our accessible toilets via these lifts.

A wheelchair-accessible lift is also available for your access via Montpellierplatz.
